Ingredients
- 1 slab baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup bbqs auce I use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a large pot of water add kosher salt until dissolved.
- Cut the Baby Back Ribs into 4 quarters and place ribs in brine mixture.
- Boil the ribs for 2 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the brine and place them on a plate. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Place the ribs bone side down on the grill and brush with your favorite bbq sauce.
- Close the lid and let them cook for another 5-10 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize and create a delicious glaze. Turn the ribs occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Carefully remove the ribs from the grill and transfer them to a cutting board. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing between the bones.
- Serve the BBQ Baby Back Ribs hot and enjoy with additional BBQ sauce on the side if desired!
