Healthy Meal Prep for Lunch or Dinner

If you’re in the mood for some grilled goodness, fire up the grill or use an air fryer to cook a few chicken breasts to have on hand for your meals.

When it comes to dinner, why not make a larger batch so you can enjoy delicious leftovers the next day? It’s a time-saving win that doesn’t skimp on flavor.
