Best Heirloom Tomato Pizza

Ingredients
- 3 oz pizza, thin crust I use Brooklyn Bred, Neapolitan
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 heirloom tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup arugula
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brush olive oil on top of pizza crust.
- Spread pizza sauce over crust and add mozzarella cheese.
- Place sliced tomatoes and chopped broccoli on top of cheese.
- Cook pizza in over for 5 minutes or until crust is crisp.
- Remove pizza from oven and add arugula to top of pizza.
- Cut the pizza into 4 pieces and enjoy!
