Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt I use Lawry's seaon salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce I use Soyaki sauce from Trader Joes
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 5 minutes, and brush teriyaki sauce on top of the salmon fillets.
- Cook additional 3-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the salmon with lemon wedges on the side
